We utilize strength based and person-focused approaches while assisting individuals in coming to a place of living a well-balanced life where they feel heard and honored as an individual.

When working with clients for anxiety and trauma we use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their symptoms are presenting. This often entails unpacking their particular distortions, their beliefs, and any generalizations that may be harmful to their perceptions of themselves.

This practice was founded with the belief that there is power and courage in telling your story. We are passionate about providing you with the space to be heard and understood so that you can live the life you believe you were meant to live. “No matter what you have experienced in life, there is a way to cope and to heal.”
